Notice of Sale of Surplus Real Property by the Thomas County School District

Notice is hereby given that the Thomas County School District offers for sale surplus real property as described below:

Property Description: Approximately 10.44 acres of land, including a pond, located on Patterson Still Road in Thomas County, Georgia.

Legal Description: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate, lying, and being in Land Lot 83 of the 13th Land District of Thomas County, Georgia, containing 10.44 acres, more or less, and being depicted on that individual plat of survey prepared by M. Reid Gaines, III, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 3129, dated June 21, 2024, for the Thomas County School District, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 473, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Thomas County, Georgia, reference to which plat is made for a more particular description by metes and bounds and courses and distances as set forth thereon.

Sale Method: The property will be sold by sealed bid. The minimum bid for the property is $250,000.

Sealed bids will be received until the bid time and date at the location indicated below:
